What we collect

Your email address, optional name and course details, any notes you add, the document you upload, and payment confirmation from Stripe (we never receive or store your card number). If you use credits, we also store the one-time sign-in codes we email you (as a hash, for 24 hours) and your credit balance. We keep basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security and rate limiting.

Why we use it

To process your order, produce and deliver your reports, send you order and credit emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Our legal basis is performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests in running the service securely.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing), our hosting and storage providers, our email delivery provider, Cloudflare (bot protection on forms), and the detection tool used to produce your reports. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, and your document is never added to any database, repository or training set.

How long we keep it

Uploaded documents and reports are deleted automatically within 30 days of order completion, or earlier on request. Order records (email, dates, payment reference, credit ledger) are kept for up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email rico1276@gmail.com with your order number. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and analytics

We use only essential cookies: one to keep you signed in to your credits for 24 hours after you enter an email code, and one for the site owner's admin login. If analytics are enabled they are cookie-free and privacy-friendly (no personal data, no cross-site tracking), which is why there is no cookie banner.
